The location was perfect, with all amenities just a minute's walk away. the apartment was clean, quiet, and airy, and we loved sitting on the balcony from time to time. Any problems or shortages we had were promptly addressed. the bed was comfortable, the bath was massive, and we enjoyed the decent TV and WiFi. The room sizes and arrangement were great, and if it weren't for the ongoing renovation downstairs, it would have been very quiet. Cons: Nothing to be said 👍.

We stayed 7 nights; will be back. Truly enjoyed pretty much everything, nothing to complain about. The location was best possible and good close enough to a fish and chip shop and the town centre, and had everything you needed. Found Oysters and took to-go meal, it's not too far away from the apartment, recommend. Had a reasonably spacious room with towels to ourselves.

The location of this apartment was mind-blowing! It was super convenient to walk into town, with everything just a minute away. The apartment itself was jaw-dropping, with really good sized rooms and a comfortable bed. The massive bath was a delightful surprise, and the decent TV and WiFi were great to have. The communication from the owners was excellent, and check-in instructions were spot on. The room sizes and arrangement were perfect, and the apartment would have been very quiet if it weren't for the renovation downstairs. our stay was simply amazing, with incredible amenities and prompt resolution of any issues or shortages.

Great sized apartment, lovely balcony, free parking and WiFi. Closer to airport and shopping centre but not too close to make it noisy. Towels provided.
Oh, the joy of smelling like a fish and chip shop upon arrival. Not the best odor for a luxurious experience.

I gotta say, the value for money at Niche Water Tower was top-notch! The room was super clean and comfortable, with a big ol' bed and a luxurious bath. Plus, the location was absolutely spot-on, with everything just a hop, skip, and a jump away. The staff? Oh man, they treated us like royalty!
The breakfast selection could use a little more variety.

I had a great stay at Niche Water Tower Apartments. The location couldn't be better, with everything just a minute walk away. The bed was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the spaciousness of the rooms and the layout. The TV and WiFi worked well, and I had no issues with connectivity. I also appreciated the massive bath, perfect for relaxing after a long day. the apartment was clean and well-maintained.
There were a couple of minor inconveniences. The walls of the apartment were quite thin, and I could hear the heavy bass music from the neighbor's apartment.

The location of the apartment is incredibly convenient, with everything just a minute's walk away. the apartment itself offers comfortable beds and spacious rooms, along with a massive bath for relaxation. the TV and WiFi provided are of good quality, allowing for entertainment and connectivity. the management is responsive, promptly addressing any issues or shortages reported by guests.
It should be noted that the apartment walls are quite thin, which can lead to noise disturbances from neighboring units. This might be a concern seeking a quiet environment.

I also enjoyed the decent sized TV and reliable WiFi. the room sizes and arrangement were just right, and despite the renovation happening downstairs, it was still a relatively quiet stay. the communication with Martyn, the owner, was excellent and he was always there to help. The building itself had a quirky charm and the efficient lift was a bonus. Cons: Nothing to complain about, everything was excellent! 😊.
